The Monthly PSM Group Grab-Bag Giveaway: Official Rules

You must be an active employee within the Law Enforcement Industry to participate in this contest: Verification will be required for all winners. This promotion and entrants are limited to persons living within the United States. Employees of any PSM Group member company and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Void where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: You may enter "The Monthly PSM Group Grab-Bag Giveaway" in the following manner:
(1) Online: Access the PSM Group web site at http://www.psmg.net and complete the online entry form in its entirety and click on the "Submit" button.

Prize: One selected winner each month during the promotion period will receive: One (1) Grab bag containing products from PSM Group member companies amounting to at least $1,500. All products are chosen by participating PSM Group members.

Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held after the end of the Giveaway Period each month by a PSM Group acting member. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 15 days of the drawing. Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to "winners@psmg.net". PSM Group is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Drawing Dates:

A winner is randomly selected on the first (1) day of each month. Winners are notified via email with instructions on claiming their prize package.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the PSM Group, which shall be final. The PSM Group shall not be liable for:
(i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;
(ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
(iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the PSM Group that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted;
(iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway;
(v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway.

By participating in the "The Monthly PSM Group Grab-Bag Giveaway", each participant agrees to release and hold the PSM Group members and it's employees, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The "Contest" can end at any time at the discretion of the PSM Group.
